Roasted groundnut clings to the skewers, with ginger, paprika and a little chilli around the charred edges.

Start with
Beef strips or firm mushrooms, a little oil, Ras El Suya, onions and tomatoes.

  1. Toss beef strips or mushrooms with a little oil and a light coating of the rub.
  2. Thread onto skewers and grill, turning, until cooked through and browned at the edges.
  3. Serve with sliced onion, tomatoes and something cool to drink. Contains peanut (groundnut).

A serving idea to try. Blend quantities and the finished recipe will be refined in cooking trials.
